What will you do?

  • you will be the central point of contact for one of Atlas Copco brands – Edwards, leading manufacturer of vacuum equipment
  • manage requirements and handle mostly written communication with our business partners, primary in Germany
  • take ownership of customer inquiries and interface with colleagues in production, sales department, logistics etc. to offer solutions in a timely manner
  • Create quotation in customed CRM system based on cooperation with sales engineer, customer, or other internal source
  • Place customers’ purchase orders in SAP and proactively manage your open order book
  • Place customers’ service orders in SAP and advise customer about aftersales options and return processes
  • Cooperate with your teammates and provide together first-class support to our business partners

Who are we looking for?

  • Great level of German and advanced level of English, Czech welcomed but not necessary
  • Great communicator, team player
  • Energetic but patient in solving problems
  • Able to work under stress and multitask
  • SAP and other administration tools or database management systems knowledge is an advantage
