Atlas Copco, Compressor Technique Division, is looking for SEO Specialist as a new team member in a Digital marketing team. As the SEO Specialist you will be responsible to drive potential customers to our Websites and Optimize the site so that we are first in Search Engine Ranking on relevant business keywords.

You will be identifying and executing opportunities to improve your company’s and your content’s search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom of our marketing funnel.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy with the whole Division and particular Atlas Copco´s companies (we call them Customer Centers)
  • Support the business to secure 1st position on Google for our targeted keywords.
  • Drive Organic non-branded traffic to reach 60% of Total Compressor Technique Division sites
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO.
  • Collaborate with Divisions & Customer Centers to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
  • Pickup local best practice to share in our competent development platforms
  • Provide training to Division & Customer Center on Digital Customer Acquisition
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
  • Investigate to establish more source of online traffic such as affiliates, social media, etc
  • Work side by side with Division & Customer Center to create content that supports both strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives to drive the highest possible impact and results.

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush and Google Analytics is mandatory. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager Hotjar, HubSpot or Drift would be a strong plus.
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
  • You should understand both content marketing strategy and the use of analytics to measure and optimize performance.
  • You can create content, writing blog post naturally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel (several times a year).
