CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LEAD - UX TEAM LEADER

Atlas Copco, Compressor Technique division, is looking for a UX Team Leader as a new team member in a Digital marketing team. Our digital customer interaction platform handling the process from search to hand over to sales. It is a key role to enable digital transformation of Atlas Copco. You will be responsible to ensure a seamless best practice driven premium user experience, making it easy to do business with Atlas Copco digitally.
This will be done through close cooperation and research with our customers. Turning insights into tangible development concepts and digital wireframes, enabling alignment and development.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To be the main driver of service design and user research
  • Secure customer experience outcomes across all touch points/platforms
  • Secure brand differentiation
  • Transform insights into draft journeys and content
  • Secure coherence to UX guidelines and design systems
  • Lead a new team of two people in the Czech Republic (SEO Specialist, Front End Developer)

  • Knowledge of service design and design practices and ability to drive user-centered design in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of difference design disciplines, such as design research, interaction design, visual design, content design.
  • Ability to lead a diverse, cross-discipline team of professionals with a focus on professional development.
  • Experience from Web & App development.
