INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - compressor parts

Atlas Copco is everywhere but not that visible. Our world is compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial tools and power technique. Originally, it was a small Swedish company established in 1873 but today we have 39 000 employees worldwide and customers in 180 countries.

The sales centre in Brno supports Atlas Copco companies abroad in the sales of components and service for compressors, planning process and back-office processes. It also functions as a lab where new techniques and sales plays are tested combined with data analytics.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Support the customers on daily basis by answering requests for quotations, process their orders, follow up deliveries together with the logistics team and support the customers with their technical and commercial questions
  • Negotiating new sales opportunities
  • Develop the Atlas Copco business by further extending the business with your current customers, by offering new products as well as bringing the advantages of using our products to new potential clients
  • Promote the sales development of service parts of different compressor brands while continuously collaborate on improvement projects, new product launches, marketing initiatives
  • Explore new business opportunities to up and cross sell
  • Follow up the outcomes delivery desired and agreed with the customer
  • Work in close cooperation with the Data team to developing and implementing scripts and processes
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales team as well as Atlas Copco colleagues abroad
  • Effective activity and call reporting as well as the full sales data enabling analytics studies
  • Proactive and proper CRM usage improving customer service experience

What are the requirements for the job?

  • Degree from a technical studies or relevant sales/customer care experience are considered as big plus but are not mandatory
  • We are searching for a person with real interest in sales and field of compressed air, good communication skills towards customers and advanced level of English
  • Knowledge or willingness to rapidly learn second or a third language would be an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish)
  • Knowledge of Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamic Web is an advantage
