You will be part of the Czech IT Customer Service team, currently supporting over 800 users spread across the CEE region. Mainly Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
The mission for a successful candidate will be to provide an on-site IT support across our offices in Brno, help to resolve incidents received from our service desk partner and secure daily IT operations within the team’s responsibility.

Your key tasks will be

  • Learn and understand how to support IT equipment and systems used in our offices
  • Provide on-site and remote support, resolve incidents, cooperate with Service Desk agents and other IT and non-IT support teams
  • Perform operational duties such as computer imaging, HW diagnostics and application support
  • Maintain HW assets (receive/dispatch goods, update inventory database, etc.)
  • Provide basic support for local infrastructure (servers, network, printers, facility related systems, etc.), identify issues, perform tests, apply changes with support from infrastructure specialists
  • Deliver simpler tasks within local and global projects
  • Understand Business needs and adequately prioritize requests and activities
  • Taking initiative where necessary to create documented process improvements and solutions to further increase end user satisfaction
  • Document incident solutions, train users, prepare user guides

What are the requirement for the role?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within local or remote user support team on IT position or comparable skills gained through other IT roles
  • General orientation in corporate IT systems
  • Experience with bulk computer imaging and software delivery systems
  • Networking basics (TCP IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, WAN, etc.)
  • Elementary knowledge of Active Directory environment
  • General knowledge of cloud services (O365)
  • Mobile OS basics (capable to support Android and iOS devices)
  • Must be able to communicate well in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge and practical skills within best practice of ITIL methodology are beneficial
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic
  • Customer facing skills (Role involves dealing with various users on various levels on daily basis)
